Most of us think of exercise as means to shed pounds. The good news is that while trimming our bodies, we are also waking up our brains. Studies have shown that as you exercise you are actually influencing your dopaminergic and noradrenergic systems which is the target of many stimulant medications used to manage ADHD.

Aside from being good for your overall health, exercise improves focus.
